PrivateAuto Introduces LemonSquad Inspection Service for Listed Vehicles

PrivateAuto, a transactional marketplace platform for the sale of vehicles between private individuals based in Alpine, Utah, has announced its partnership with LemonSquad. This collaboration allows PrivateAuto to offer an inspection service option for any vehicle listed on its platform, accessible directly through the application. LemonSquad, a Wrench Company subsidiary and a leader in vehicle inspections in the United States, now provides PrivateAuto users with a pre-purchase mechanical inspection for buyers or improved mechanical visibility for sellers.

Brad Parker, co-founder and CEO of PrivateAuto, emphasizes the company's goal of making the process of buying and selling vehicles privately transparent and straightforward. The integration of LemonSquad adds a necessary layer of transparency to the private sales market. LemonSquad's inspection reports cover 78 points of the vehicle, including tire condition and a road test.

PrivateAuto and LemonSquad share the vision of empowering consumers by simplifying the vehicle purchase process. PrivateAuto users can access this service through the application's Service Hub. Sellers who have had a LemonSquad inspection can add it to their listing.
