ProCredit Holding Adjusts 2025 Return on Equity Guidance
ProCredit Holding AG has revised its guidance for the group's return on equity for the 2025 financial year. Previously forecasted at approximately 10%, the new expectation is between 7% and 8%. This adjustment is due to an increased loss allowance for the year, with EUR 16.6 million booked in the third quarter, primarily related to project finance.
The management no longer anticipates any release of loss allowances during 2025. Despite this, guidance for loan portfolio growth remains at around 12%, and the CET1 ratio is projected at approximately 13% by year-end. The cost-income ratio is now expected to reach 72%, up from an earlier prediction of 70%.
The quarterly report for the third quarter is scheduled for release on November 13, 2025.
