Prodways announces the figures for voting and share rights before the AGM of June 18, 2024

On May 13, 2024, Prodways Group communicated the figures concerning voting rights and capital shares as of May 10, 2024. This follow-up follows the publication of the prior meeting notice for its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2024. The published data includes a total of 51,623,324 shares and 62,000,192 theoretical voting rights. Furthermore, the voting rights exercisable amount to 61,918,308, excluding the 81,884 shares held in treasury by the company.
