Prodways Group announces the availability of its 2023 Universal Registration Document
Prodways Group informed the public that its Universal Registration Document for the year 2023 was approved by the Financial Markets Authority on April 23, 2024. This important document, which includes the company's annual financial report, is now accessible to the public in accordance with regulatory standards.
The document can be consulted on the Prodways Group website as well as that of the AMF. It will be available in English in the coming days. The contents of this document include several essential reports such as the consolidated accounts, the management report and the corporate governance report. It also contains details of the draft resolutions for the next General Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2024.
