Project Venture Awarded $2 Million by Yield Giving to Support Indigenous Youth

The National Indian Youth Leadership Development Project's initiative, Project Venture, has been honored with a $2 million award from MacKenzie Scott's Yield Giving. Announced on March 20, 2024, this funding is part of the Yield Giving Open Call targeting organizations aiding communities in urgent need across the United States.

Project Venture is known for its innovative approach towards Indigenous youth development, combining experiential learning, adventure-based activities, and service-learning underpinned by traditional cultural practices.
