Proposed Dividend Distribution of €0.64 per Share by SQLI
Paris, June 3, 2024 — SQLI, a European digital services group, has announced that its shareholders will meet at the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on June 19, 2024. The meeting will take place at 10 a.m. at the company's registered office in Levallois-Perret, France. During this meeting, shareholders are expected to vote on the proposed distribution of a dividend amounting to €0.64 per share.
The dividend will be marked ex-dividend on June 24, 2024, and will be payable on June 26, 2024.
