Provision of documents for the Latecoere General Meeting

Latecoere invites its shareholders to the Combined Annual General Meeting, scheduled for December 30, 2024 at 2 p.m., at the head office located at 135 rue de Périole in Toulouse. During this meeting, the participation and voting procedures will be presented. The various documents, such as the notice of meeting published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of November 25, 2024, are available online on the Latecoere website, in the "Finance" section.

Latecoere also ensures the physical availability of documents at the registered office, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. A notice of meeting is planned for the near future. This approach allows shareholders to prepare effectively for the meeting.
