Provision of preparatory documents for the SODITECH AGM
Due to the dismemberment of certain shares, the quorum was not reached to vote on resolution no. 2 at the general meeting of June 28, 2024. The resolution concerned the allocation of results for the financial year ending December 31 2023.
A second convocation is planned for Tuesday August 20, 2024 at 2 p.m., at the SODITECH head office located in Cannes La Bocca. Shareholders are invited to consult the agenda, as well as the draft resolutions posted online on the company's website.
The preparatory documents are accessible in the “Investors” section of the website www.soditech.com. They will also be available on request from the time the meeting is convened, in accordance with regulations.
