Provision of the information note and the DAI by Voyageurs du Monde within the framework of the OPRA
Voyageurs du Monde announces the availability of the information note and the “Other Information” document as part of its Public Share Buyback Offer (OPRA). This operation concerns 866,666 shares of the company, at a price of 150 euros per share. The offer, with a minimum duration of 20 calendar days, has received visa from the AMF under number 24-236.
The information document is available on the AMF and Voyageurs du Monde websites, as well as from the company and Portzamparc. The complete timetable for the Offer will be published by the AMF and Euronext.
The 2024-2026 Business Plan presents an assumption of average annual growth of +4.3% in turnover, with a marked increase in 2024. The current operating margin rate for 2024 is however expected to decline by 70 points basic compared to 2023, due to changes in personnel costs and communication expenses.
