Publication of voting rights and shares of Getlink SE

On July 10, 2024, Getlink SE communicated information on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This press release complies with article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code.

As of June 30, 2024, the share capital of the European company Getlink SE, registered under RCS Paris number 483 385 142, is composed of 550,000,000 ordinary shares. Each share has a par value of 0.40 euros.

The theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 709,696,610, taking into account all ordinary shares, including those deprived of voting rights. The voting rights exercised are 701,009,173, excluding shares without this right.

In accordance with article 11 of Getlink's statutes, double voting rights are allocated to registered ordinary shares registered in the name of the same shareholder for at least two years.
