Publicis Groupe acquires LiveRamp to strengthen its data capabilities
Publicis Groupe has reached an agreement to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform. Valued at $2.2 billion, this acquisition aims to expand Publicis' addressable market and strengthen its growth objectives for 2027-2028.
LiveRamp facilitates the unification and activation of data across the digital ecosystem, connecting numerous publishers and technology partners in 14 markets. This acquisition is expected to help Publicis raise its net revenue growth targets from 7% to 8%, thanks to improved data co-creation.
Publicis plans to use LiveRamp in combination with its other services to enhance its clients' agentic transformation. The transaction, approved by the boards of directors of both companies, is expected to close by the end of 2026.
