PulluP Entertainment Completes Capital Increase Raising €23.08 Million
PulluP Entertainment has successfully concluded its capital increase, raising a total gross amount of €23.08 million. The capital increase, launched on May 16, 2024, saw strong demand with subscriptions reaching 134% of the initial target. This reflects significant interest from both existing and new shareholders.
The raised funds are poised to strengthen PulluP Entertainment’s financial position. Half of the proceeds will be used to reduce the company's net debt, while the other half is earmarked for development opportunities. Shareholder and public interest were substantial with 2,073,535 shares requested, demonstrating confidence in PulluP’s strategic direction.
Key shareholders, including Neology Holding (49.60% post-transaction) and Otus Capital Management, actively participated in the offering. The company’s executives expressed optimism for future growth, emphasizing new opportunities and ongoing project investments supported by a robust 2024/2025 strategy.
