Pyrum Innovations AG Raises EUR 10 Million Through Capital Increase

Pyrum Innovations AG has successfully executed a cash capital increase amounting to approximately EUR 10.0 million. The company issued 363,637 new shares at EUR 27.50 each. The funds will support the construction of a new site at Perl-Besch, joint ventures, and general corporate purposes. Notably, Ralf Bohle GmbH ("Schwalbe") acquired a 4% stake in Pyrum through this process.

Pyrum CEO Pascal Klein expressed gratitude towards investors and highlighted the significance of Schwalbe's involvement. The raised capital is intended to enhance Pyrum’s rollout plan by expanding production capacity, including a new plant in Perl-Besch and a joint venture in the Czech Republic.

Following the capital increase, Pyrum's share capital increased from EUR 3,253,735.00 to EUR 3,617,372.00. The newly issued shares are expected to begin trading on the Frankfurt and Oslo Stock Exchanges in early November 2024.
