Quadient Board Restructuring for Annual General Meeting 2025

Quadient is set to propose board appointments and renewals at its Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2025. Delphine Segura Vaylet is nominated for appointment as a non-executive independent director. Her extensive HR leadership experience spans companies like Thales and Total. Meanwhile, Didier Lamouche and Nathalie Wright are up for renewal. Lamouche has been the board chairman since 2019, with a background in semiconductor technology and corporate governance. Wright, on the board since 2017, has held strategic roles at companies including IBM and Rexel.

Notably, Martha Bejar and Paula Felstead will not seek re-election, while Vincent Mercier will resign on June 2, 2025. Consequently, the board will reduce from 10 to 8 members, enhancing governance practices with 75% independent directors and gender parity.
