Rachat d’actions propres par la Cie du Bois Sauvage
La Compagnie du Bois Sauvage a procédé à des rachats d'actions sur le marché du 27 au 31 mai 2024. Cette opération fait suite à l’autorisation obtenue de l'assemblée générale extraordinaire du 28 avril 2021.
Au cours de cette période, l'entreprise a racheté un total de 1 008 actions propres. Le prix moyen par action était de 272,21 €, pour un montant total de 274 390,00 € hors frais.
Le détail des transactions est le suivant : 83 actions le 27 mai, 255 actions le 28 mai, 251 actions le 29 mai, 215 actions le 30 mai et 204 actions le 31 mai 2024.
