Racing Force annonce un récent rachat d'actions
Racing Force SpA (RFG), société mère de Racing Force Group, a annoncé l'acquisition de 1 200 actions RFG. Ces achats ont été effectués dans le cadre du programme de rachat autorisé par l'Assemblée Générale du 29 avril 2024.
L'acquisition a eu lieu entre le 26 et le 30 août 2024, sur le segment Euronext Growth Milan. Les actions, représentant 0,0044 % du capital social, ont été achetées au prix moyen de 4,08 € chacune, pour un montant total de 4 891,00 €.
L'intermédiaire pour ces transactions était Equita SIM SpA, code LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85. Des informations détaillées concernant les transactions d'achat quotidiennes ont été fournies.
A l'issue de ces opérations, Racing Force détient désormais 20 813 actions propres, représentant 0,0760% du capital social.
