Ronco Scrivia, Italie, 10 juin 2024 - Racing Force SpA (RFG), la société mère du groupe Racing Force, spécialisé dans les composants de sécurité pour le sport automobile, a divulgué de récentes transactions de rachat. Cotée sur les segments Euronext Growth de Milan et Paris, l'assemblée générale des actionnaires du 29 avril 2024 a autorisé le programme.
Entre le 3 et le 7 juin 2024, RFG a acquis 2 945 actions sur Euronext Growth Milan, représentant 0,0115 % de son capital. Le prix moyen était de 3,81 € par action, pour un total de 11 227,63 €, exécuté via Equita SIM SpA.
A la date des dernières acquisitions, RFG détient 5.998 actions propres, soit 0,0233% du capital.
