Racing Force SpA annonce l'acquisition d'actions propres
Ronco Scrivia, 17 juin 2024 - Racing Force SpA (RFG), la société mère du groupe Racing Force, a annoncé les détails de son récent programme de rachat de trésorerie. Le programme, autorisé par l'Assemblée générale du 29 avril 2024, portait sur l'achat de 2 504 actions RFG sur le segment Euronext Growth Milan entre le 10 et le 14 juin 2024.
Les actions acquises représentent 0,0097 % du capital, avec un prix moyen de 3,82 € par action. L'investissement total s'est élevé à 9 556,18 €. Les achats ont été facilités par l'intermédiaire Equita SIM SpA
Suite à ces acquisitions, Racing Force SpA détient désormais un total de 8.502 actions propres, représentant 0,0331% de son capital social.
