Ralf Spielberger Resigns as CFO of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG
Berlin, 24 September 2024 - Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG announced today that CFO Ralf Spielberger has resigned from the Management Board, effective immediately. The decision was made through mutual agreement between Spielberger and the Supervisory Board.
Spielberger's resignation is due to personal reasons. The company has expressed its gratitude for his contributions and wished him well for the future.
Friedrich G. Conzen, CEO, will take over the strategic direction and operational management of the FP Group. He will continue to lead the company's transformation process with the support of an experienced international management team.
