RALLYE S.A. Announces Completion of Casino's Financial Restructuring and Liquidation of Holding Companies

On March 28, 2024, RALLYE S.A., along with Foncière Euris, Finatis, and Euris, declared the successful finalization of Casino's financial restructuring which concluded on March 27, 2024. The restructuring led to RALLYE holding a mere 0.1% of Casino's share capital, subsequently losing control over the entity. This development follows a previous announcement made on February 27, 2024, signaling the intention of RALLYE and its affiliates to seek an end to their safeguard plan and to initiate compulsory liquidation proceedings.

As a consequence of the restructuring, RALLYE, Foncière Euris, and Finatis will push for a suspension in the trading of their shares and other listed financial instruments. This suspension is anticipated to be in effect from the beginning of the compulsory liquidation proceedings. No plans are in place for the resumption of trading, with the expectation being the ultimate delisting of these financial instruments as part of the liquidation process. This major overhaul marks a significant turn in the companies’ operational direction, affecting RALLYE and its related holding entities' market presence.
