RAMSAY SANTE: resumption of Cosem centers

Ramsay Santé, European leader in private hospitalization and primary care, announces the takeover of 11 Cosem medical and dental centers. These centers are located in Paris, Evry, Caen, Orléans and Marseille. They welcome more than a million patients per year, offering various medical and dental specialties.

This project aims to ensure the sustainability of existing structures and maintain the jobs of nearly 1,000 professionals, including 660 doctors. The acquisition is part of Ramsay Santé's primary care development strategy in France. The Paris Commercial Court validated this recovery.

Since 2020, Ramsay Santé has implemented a strategy aimed at improving access to care in France. The Group already manages 11 centers without excess fees, in coordination with Health Insurance and the Ministry of Health. Ramsay Santé centers prioritize quality, local care in sector 1.

The project will be managed by an experienced team, which currently supervises 11 centers in France. Pascal Roché, Managing Director of Ramsay Santé, confirms the company's commitment to ensuring access to care and monitoring of patients already in care.
