Rath AG Announces Executive Board Changes
On September 9, 2025, Rath AG revealed upcoming changes in its Executive Board. The Supervisory Board announced the expiration of Mr. Ingo Gruber's contract as COO by the end of this year. Mr. Gruber, who has served since October 2019, will retire after overseeing the company's operations for six years. The Board expressed gratitude for his dedicated service.
Effective January 1, 2026, Dr. Christian Morawetz will assume the role of COO. Dr. Morawetz, bringing substantial experience in operational management, previously held a leadership position at Knorr-Bremse GmbH. His contract will extend through December 31, 2028.
