RATP Issues €100 Million 0.640% Notes Due 2041
RATP (Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens) has issued €100,000,000 in notes with a fixed interest rate of 0.640% per annum, maturing on August 13, 2041. The issuance is part of its €7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The issue price is set at 99.963% of the nominal amount.
The Notes are intended exclusively for professional investors and eligible counterparties under EU MiFID II regulations. Retail investors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom are explicitly excluded from the offering, in compliance with EU and UK PRIIPs Regulations.
The Notes are not syndicated, with Morgan Stanley Europe SE acting as the sole dealer. They will be listed on Euronext Paris, and the admission to trading is scheduled for August 13, 2021.
The net proceeds from the Notes, estimated at €99,663,000, will contribute to RATP's investment programme. These Notes have received a rating of AA from Fitch Ratings.
