REALITES engage une procédure de conciliation pour restructurer son endettement
Saint-Herblain, le 25 septembre 2024. Le groupe de développement territorial REALITES a annoncé une série de mesures pour faire face à la crise de l’immobilier, incluant la restructuration de son endettement. À cet effet, le groupe a engagé une procédure de conciliation auprès du tribunal de commerce de Nantes.
Fondé en 2003 par Yoann Choin-Joubert, REALITES est un développeur territorial spécialisé dans la création de solutions immobilières. Le groupe affiche en 2023 une progression de 15 % de son chiffre d’affaires, atteignant 402 millions d’euros, et poursuit son expansion en France et à l’international.
