REALITES initiates conciliation proceedings to restructure its debt

Saint-Herblain, September 25, 2024. REALITES, a territorial development group, has undertaken measures to address the real estate crisis. One of these measures involves restructuring its debt.

The Group has announced that it has initiated a conciliation procedure with the Nantes Commercial Court. This approach aims to develop a plan acceptable to creditors, enabling it to stabilise its financial situation.
