REALITES signs a partnership with Action Logement Immobilier for affordable and sustainable housing

Saint-Herblain, October 1, 2024. On the occasion of the 84th HLM Congress, REALITES and Action Logement Immobilier formalized a partnership agreement for the period 2025-2027. This partnership aims to meet the needs of the territories in terms of affordable and sustainable housing.

REALITES, thanks to its territorial network and the quality of its projects, is already collaborating with Action Logement Immobilier subsidiaries on several major projects. These include the “ZAC des Docks” in Saint-Ouen, the “Constellation” student residence in Rennes and an intergenerational residence in Béthune.

Over the next three years, REALITES will offer subsidiaries a variety of programs, ranging from free housing to social and intermediate rentals, depending on the specific needs of each territory. The focus will be on decarbonization, biodiversity, and construction innovations.

This partnership reflects a shared vision of sustainable regional planning, meeting the housing needs of employees and businesses in priority employment areas.
