BRIEF

on OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS GROUPE (EPA:OLG)

Reason for Trading Suspension of Eagle Football Group Shares

On September 11, 2024, during a press conference, John Textor made remarks regarding a potential tender offer for the remaining publicly traded shares of Eagle Football Group. He mentioned plans to propose a tender to the AMF, offering a significant premium over the current share price. Shareholders would have the choice between cash or shares in the publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This forms part of a larger capitalization plan.

Following these statements, trading of Eagle Football Group shares was temporarily suspended. The company has since issued a clarification, stating there were no discussions between John Textor, Eagle Football Holding, and Eagle Football Group regarding a potential offer for the shares.

Trading in Eagle Football Group shares, which had been halted since September 12, will resume on September 23, 2024. The company remains listed on Euronext Paris, segment C, part of the CAC All-Share and CAC Consumer Discretionary indices.
