Recent Share Repurchase Transactions by Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie

Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie has carried out several share buyback transactions in accordance with article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These operations, carried out between May 6 and 10, 2024, varied in volume and weighted average price on different markets such as XPAR and XOFF. For example, on May 6, a total of 1080 shares were acquired at an average price of 18.726733 EUR on the XPAR market. On May 10, 918 shares were purchased at an average price of EUR 18.905948, also on XPAR.

The various interventions, including transactions on regulated and over-the-counter trading platforms, were mainly coordinated with the services of Kepler Cheuvreux SA. All of these acquisitions are reported under the motif of “CR societal project allocation”, suggesting an investment objective oriented towards societal initiatives.
