Redemptions of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie Shares: Weekly Statement
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie has carried out several share buybacks within the framework of article 5 of the MAR Regulation. Between June 24 and 28, 2024, the company acquired shares on the XPAR and XOFF markets.
On June 24, 26 shares were repurchased at an average price of 17.4096 euros on XPAR. In the following days, increasing volume was seen with major trades on June 25 including 1,582 shares at 17.40 euros on XOFF and 882 shares at 17.383 euros on XPAR.
For the trading days, the acquisition prices varied, reaching a minimum of 17,102 euros on June 27. These redemptions were made as part of allocations for societal projects of the Regional Fund.
