Reinet Investments Announces Manager’s Transaction

Reinet Investments S.C.A. disclosed a manager’s transaction on 31 May 2024. Reinet Investment Advisors Limited will dispose of 28,482 ordinary shares at EUR 24.7148 each, due to a share appreciation rights scheme. The transaction will occur outside a trading venue.

Reinet Investment Advisors Limited, the investment advisor of Reinet Fund S.C.A., F.I.S., is closely associated with persons holding managerial responsibilities at Reinet Investments. Before this disposal, they held 863,581 ordinary shares to hedge share appreciation rights and related awards to key executives.

Reinet Investments S.C.A. is based in Luxembourg and allows shareholders to participate indirectly in the asset portfolio of its subsidiary, Reinet Fund S.C.A., F.I.S. Its shares are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam, and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
