Renault Group: Information relating to voting and capital rights as of May 31, 2024

Renault SA has communicated crucial information on its voting rights and its capital as of May 31, 2024. According to article L. 233-8-II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Authority of financial markets, Renault provides the following figures.

The total number of shares constituting Renault's share capital is 295,722,284. In terms of voting rights, there are 400,578,405 theoretical rights, taking into account all shares, including those deprived of voting rights.

The number of voting rights exercisable, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights (treasury shares, liquidity contract, etc.), amounts to 396,085,883.
