RENK Group AG Reports Steady Growth in 9M 2025 Results

RENK Group AG, headquartered in Augsburg, Germany, has reported a 19.2% increase in consolidated revenue, reaching €928 million for the first nine months of 2025. The company has also recorded a 25.5% rise in adjusted EBIT, totaling €141 million. The defense sector remains a key driver, with revenue climbing by 25.2%. The group's order backlog reached a record €6.4 billion.

The Vehicle Mobility Solutions (VMS) segment showed robust growth, with a 65% growth in order intake and a 24.8% rise in revenue, totaling €579 million. The Marine & Industry segment also performed well, increasing revenue by 15.5% to €268 million. Meanwhile, the Slide Bearings segment saw a decline in order intake by 9.4%.

The Management Board reaffirmed its 2025 revenue projection to exceed €1.3 billion with an adjusted EBIT between €210 and €235 million, highlighting a high order backlog that ensures solid future visibility.
