Reorganization of the headquarters of Maisons du Monde in Paris and Nantes

Maisons du Monde has announced a reorganization of its headquarters in Paris and Nantes, with a view to simplification. No impact is expected on the group's stores. The objective is to increase the company's agility in order to adapt to market developments.

This initiative is part of the "Inspire Everyday" strategic plan, focused on strengthening the omnichannel business model and optimizing the operational model. The project will result in the elimination of 91 positions, mainly spread between Paris and Nantes.

The employees concerned will be offered support to facilitate professional transitions, with measures encouraging voluntary departures. Training and assistance for the creation or takeover of a business are part of the planned measures.
