Reorganization within the Clariane Group

As part of the “À vos côtés” (By your side) corporate project (2023-2026), Sophie Boissard, General Manager of Clariane, announces the creation of a Deputy General Manager dedicated to operational excellence. Rémi Boyer will assume this new role while retaining his position as General Manager Germany.

At the same time, Nadège Plou will become Group Human Resources Director, replaced by Camille Blanchet as Director of Human Resources France. Grégory Lovichi will join Clariane as Group Financial Director, taking over from Philippe Garin.

Guillaume Appéré succeeds Amandine Daviet as Secretary General of the Group. The General Management Committee is thus reorganized and includes in particular Rémi Boyer, Guillaume Appéré, and Nadège Plou, under the direction of Sophie Boissard.
