Between August 26, 2024 and August 30, 2024, Econocom Group SE repurchased its own shares, in accordance with the authorization of the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2021.
During this period, the company made purchases on the stock exchange for a total of 42,268 shares. The average price of these purchases was €2.0634 per share, with a minimum price of €2.035 and a maximum price of €2.080.
As of September 2, 2024, Econocom Group SE holds 7,689,628 shares, representing 4.29% of the total capital of 179,045,899 issued shares.
