Repurchase of own shares by Econocom Group

Between October 21 and 27, 2024, Econocom Group SE acquired its own shares as part of a buyback program authorized on November 30, 2021 by the General Meeting of Shareholders. During this period, the company made several purchases on the stock market. The transactions included quantities ranging from 6,054 to 2,408,536 shares, at prices varying between €1.95 and €2.09 per share. As of October 28, 2024, Econocom would hold 11,067,876 of its shares, representing 6.18% of the share capital out of a total of 179,045,899 shares issued.
