Repurchases of own shares: Econocom Group announces its transactions
Between May 20 and 26, 2024, Econocom Group SE carried out several transactions in its own shares. These repurchases follow the authorization given by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2021.
Stock market transactions made it possible to acquire a total of 36,602 shares. Purchases took place at prices ranging from €2.265 to €2.330 per share, with an average price of €2.284.
As of May 27, 2024, Econocom Group SE holds 7,472,948 shares, representing 4.17% of the company's issued securities, which total 179,045,899 shares. Detailed information on this buyback program is available on the Econocom financial website.
