Revaluation of Manandier's Public Purchase Offer for IDSUD

Manandier, a company controlled by the Luciani family, has announced an increase in the price offered for IDSUD shares in its simplified public tender offer. Initially set at €192.55, the price per share has been raised to €220.00. This decision comes as the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) is reviewing the proposed offer.
The offer concerns IDSUD shares not held by Manandier, i.e., approximately 13,523 shares, representing 3.66% of the capital and 3.71% of the voting rights. IDSUD's supervisory board plans to meet to examine the impact of this revaluation on its reasoned opinion.
Documents relating to the proposed offer are available on the AMF and IDSUD websites. Furthermore, trading of the shares on Euronext Growth has been suspended as of March 18, 2025.
