Revolve Reaches Critical Milestone for EL 24 Wind Project in Mexico
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has achieved a significant step in the interconnection process for its 130 MW EL 24 Wind Farm Project in Tamaulipas, Mexico. The company, through its subsidiary EPM Eolica 24, submitted an interconnection agreement request to Mexico's Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) on February 17, 2026. This follows the recent generation permit approval, further solidifying the project's progress.
The interconnection agreement is crucial for grid access and project financing. Expected to be finalized by early Q2 2026, it paves the way for obtaining remaining permits essential for construction. The EL 24 project is poised to enhance Revolve's asset portfolio, decreasing development risks while tapping into Mexico's growing renewable energy demand.
Revolve's financial flexibility is bolstered by a MX $40 million letter of credit supported by an extended Export Development Canada facility, ensuring the project's steady advancement.
