Revolve's Bright Meadows Solar Project Gets AUC Approval
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has secured Power Plant Approval from the Alberta Utilities Commission for its Bright Meadows Solar Project. This 15.7 MW solar initiative, located 80 km south of Edmonton, aims to power over 3,700 homes, integrating agrivoltaics to balance energy production and land use.
The approval marks a significant milestone, allowing final preparations for construction targeted for 2026. Upcoming steps include geotechnical assessments, selecting a construction partner, and securing a Power Purchase Agreement. The project is projected to generate annual revenues of C$2.8m to C$3.2m upon completion.
