Reyna Silver's Proposed Acquisition by Torex Gold
Reyna Silver Corp. has mailed its management information circular for a special meeting of securityholders. Scheduled for August 11, 2025, in Vancouver, the meeting seeks approval for a plan of arrangement with Torex Gold Resources Inc., where Torex will acquire all outstanding shares of Reyna Silver at CDN$0.13 per share.
The transaction includes automatic vesting and cash settlement of company options, share units, and warrants. Reyna Silver's board of directors unanimously recommends voting in favor.
