Riber: Declaration of transactions in own shares carried out from June 10 to 14, 2024
Bezons, June 17, 2024 - The Riber company announced the transactions on its own shares carried out between June 10 and 14, 2024. The operations, carried out on the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market, involved a total of 16,207 actions.
On June 10, 4,662 shares were acquired at an average price of 2.50 euros. On June 13, 5,716 shares were purchased at the same unit price. Finally, on June 14, 5,829 shares were repurchased at a weighted average price of 2.4546 euros per share.
All transactions were carried out by Gilbert Dupont as part of Riber's external growth.
