RIBER: Research MBE Machine Order for USA
Bezons (France), August 21, 2024 - RIBER, a leader in Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) equipment, has announced the sale of an MBE 412 cluster platform. This platform will be supplied to a top-tier company specializing in IR imaging sensor materials for both ground and space-based astronomy applications.
The MBE 412 cluster platform is compatible with 4'' substrates and is known for its flexibility, modularity, and adaptability in developing and producing compound semiconductors. The system is especially optimized for these specific applications, offering high performance levels.
This order represents repeat business and will help the customer enhance activities in new IR sensor materials and structures. The delivery of the new system is scheduled for 2025.
