Right Season Investments Partners with MCS for Market Services
Right Season Investments Corp., a Canadian venture capital firm, has partnered with MCS Market Communication Service GmbH to enhance its online marketing efforts. Based on a contract dated October 23, 2025, this collaboration involves a suite of marketing services such as campaign creation, production of marketing materials, and research and analytics. The agreement is set for a duration of six months or until the allocated budget is exhausted.
The financial arrangement includes a payment of 369,000 Euros to MCS for their services, which will be implemented through digital channels like Google Ads and native advertising. No securities were issued as part of the compensation.
Right Season aims to leverage this partnership to drive innovation and accelerate growth prospects for its shareholders.
