ROBERTET Rectifies an Error in His Previous Press Release
ROBERTET has published a correction to its press release of November 15, 2024. This press release concerned the evolution of its shareholding to support its long-term growth ambitions. A material error had been noted on page 4 of the original document.
The error concerned the exchange parity between Investment Certificates (IC) and Value Certificates (VC) planned for 2030. It is now specified that this parity is 8.5 CV for 1 IC, and not the reverse as initially announced.
The corrected press release was made available on the ROBERTET website, accessible at www.robertet.com.
