Roche Bobois announces a buyback of its own shares
Paris, June 3, 2024 - Roche Bobois SA communicated on the share buyback transactions carried out from May 27 to 31, 2024, in accordance with the authorization of the general meeting of June 15, 2023.
During this period, the following transactions were carried out:
On May 31, 45 shares were repurchased at an average price of 48.7 euros. On May 30, 100 shares at 48.7 euros also. On these same dates, 100 shares were purchased for 48.75 euros on May 29, 250 shares for 48.72 euros on May 28 and finally, on May 27, 374 shares for 48.7444 euros each. All these transactions took place on the Euronext market.
