Roche Bobois buys back its own shares

Paris, July 15, 2024 - As part of the program authorized by the general meeting of June 15, 2023, Roche Bobois SA carried out share buybacks from July 8 to 12, 2024.

Here is the aggregated presentation of daily transactions:

On July 8, Roche Bobois acquired 214 shares at an average price of 47.9065 euros on Euronext. On July 9, 212 shares were purchased at 48.8844 euros. On July 10, the acquisition concerned 201 shares at 47.7045 euros. On July 11, 227 shares were bought back at 48 euros. Finally, on July 12, 100 shares were purchased at 47.9 euros.
