Roche Bobois buys back its own shares
Paris, June 24, 2024 – Roche Bobois SA carried out repurchases of its own shares from June 17 to 21, 2024, in accordance with the program authorized by the general meeting of June 15, 2023.
The transactions took place over four days:
On June 21, 169 shares were acquired at an average price of 48.4592 euros. On June 19, 181 shares were purchased for an average price of 48.3663 euros. On June 18, 33 shares were repurchased at an average price of 48.1 euros. Finally, on June 17, 198 shares were obtained for an average price of 47,754 euros. All transactions took place on Euronext.
