Minutes of the Ordinary General Meeting of Roche Bobois SA
On June 16, 2026, under the chairmanship of Jean-Eric Chouchan, the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Roche Bobois SA adopted all the resolutions presented, including the approval of the company and consolidated accounts for the financial year 2025. The shareholders also approved the distribution of a dividend of €0.80 per share, with payment scheduled for July 8, 2026 after ex-dividend date on July 6.
During the meeting, new appointments were made to the Supervisory Board. Denis Terrien was appointed to the audit committee, while Margaux Chouchan took on the role of auditor.
