Roche Bobois, under its corporate name RBO, has published its monthly voting rights information in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of August 31, 2025, Roche Bobois had a total of 10,134,323 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 17,928,211. However, the exercisable voting rights reach 17,860,834. This figure includes treasury shares as well as registered shares held for more than two years benefiting from double voting rights.
